All my creations are handmade and are either in stock or made just prior to shipping. I take a special attention into the pictures in order to make then as close to the reality as possible. But aware that pictures don’t always show everything, I’m available and would love to reply to any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

By PayPal, credit or debit card. Payment is due within 24 hours of purchasing the item otherwise, the order will be cancelled. Please contact me if there is anything that would not permits you to pay within those delays and we could try to work out a solution together. Payments must be made in full before the item(s) are shipped. If you need to cancel an order this may be done only if the item has not been shipped yet. If it has been shipped, please contact me and we can work out a refund if necessary.

Items will be shipped within 5 business days after receiving full payment if they are in stock. If the product needs to be made on order, please allow 2 weeks after receiving the full payment before shipping. I ship Post mail using the regular mail service. This is to keep the shipping costs down. If you want your item sooner, I can ship via Express Post but with an extra additional charge. Please contact me if you need that kind of expedition. For information, Regular mail service takes 7 to 10 days (depending of where it is shipped) to arrived. This is just an information and not be taken as a obligation to be arrived within those dates. The buyer is responsible for any and all duties and customs charges. I will ship to the address on your Etsy account. If there is difference with your paypal and your etsy address, pelase contact me to make it sure which address you want to be delivered in order to avoid any delay in the delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct.

Refunds and Exchanges
I strive to ensure the pictures of the items are as true to the item as possible however, much of the items in my store are handmade at the time of purchase. This means there will be some differences. This is the nature of handmade items. If, for some reason you are unsatisfied with your item, please message me here, and we will discuss options. I really want you to be happy to find a solution. Though please note that I’m available anytime before the Sale for any question or information you would request or need. In the case of a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded..
